BOOKING TERMS
Clear terms for a smoother transfer.

Service operator
COASTIGO TRANSFERS is operated by TOUR ALTINKUM TASIMACILIK TUR. TIC. LTD. STI. A booking is for the route, date, time, passenger count and other details shown in the confirmation.
Prices and payment
Displayed prices are fixed per private vehicle for the selected journey and include the items stated during booking. Unless another approved method is shown, payment is made to the driver in euros when the transfer is completed. Extra stops, route changes or services requested after booking may require a revised price agreed before service.
Booking confirmation
A submitted request becomes an active booking when a Coastigo booking reference and confirmation are issued. Customers must check the confirmation and promptly report incorrect details.
Passenger responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact, pickup, travel and passenger information; be ready at the agreed place and time; and notify us of material changes. Children must travel using an appropriate restraint requested in advance. The driver may refuse unsafe, unlawful or abusive conduct.
Flight, cruise and traffic disruption
We use the travel details supplied to support pickup planning, but airlines, ports, road closures, weather and traffic remain outside our control. We will take reasonable steps to adapt the service and contact you when a material operational change is required.
Changes and cancellations
Requests can be submitted through the Manage Booking page. A request is not complete until it is reviewed and confirmed by Coastigo. The current Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, responsibility is limited to losses directly caused by a failure to provide the booked service with reasonable care, and does not extend to independent travel arrangements or indirect losses.
